Terms & Conditions of Employment Placement with Ironlink

Effective Date: 06/06/2025

 

Welcome to Ironlink, a student-focused employment platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in Ironlink’s job placement services. By accepting a job opportunity facilitated by Ironlink, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Employment Placement Fee

If you are successfully placed in a role through Ironlink, you agree to pay Ironlink a service fee amounting to 2.5% of your gross monthly salary. This fee is applicable for the first three (3) months of your employment.

 

2. Payment Structure

  • The 2.5% fee will be paid via a monthly subscription directly through Ironlink’s secure payment system.

  • Payments are due on a monthly basis, starting from your employment start date.

  • You are responsible for ensuring timely payment each month during the three-month term.

 

3. Termination of Fee Obligation

  • After the initial 3-month period, you will not be required to make any further payments to Ironlink in relation to that job placement.

  • If your employment ends early (voluntarily or involuntarily), you must notify Ironlink immediately. Payments will cease the month following confirmed termination.

 

4. Breach of Terms

Failure to comply with the agreed payment terms may result in access restrictions to further Ironlink services and potential legal action to recover outstanding fees.

 

5. Confidentiality & Conduct

You agree not to misrepresent your employment status or compensation details. Ironlink reserves the right to verify job placement details with your employer.

 

6. Changes to Terms

Ironlink reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and updated on our website.
